"Love the Taste, not the price"
just picked one of these up. I was actually looking for the Kuba Kuba but the store had this. So I tried it. If you like super sweet cigars as I do it is a mus smoke. The whole line of Acid is pricey, but whatelse am I going to do I love them.

"Good to try; not great to habituate"
When I was first getting into cigars I liked the ACIDs because I'm into the whole sweetness aspect that you definitely get from an ACID.
The Blondie, as well as the Kuba Kuba (haven't had any others) both have great tasting wrappers, but not in the sense that it tastes good to burn. More in the sense that it tastes good to put your lips on.
The filler seems to be very low-quality, and the burn often seems to be uneven. My suggestion is to definitely try a Blondie at some point, then if you like it get into the Kuba Kuba; it's essentially a bigger Blondie. But for the price, ACID really doesn't deliver.

"It's great paired with black coffee."
Solid construction. Good looking veins. Over an inch white ash separated with gray rings and with black veins running through it. Very interesting look. Puffing on this made feel like I was doing something. Solid and even burn. I couldn't make out the starting favors but the second half tasted it little like white pepper. I got a little heady after one cup of coffee and an inch left of smoke, so I laid it rest. Maybe I should have smoked this Blondie after breakfast, but it really was a pleasant experience.

"Acid Blondies.....WOW!"
Great smoke! One of the finest! An incredible aroma that is second to none. The only complaint would be the sweetened tip, a little much.

"Has its merits."
I like strong, smokey, bold flavors, so Acid runs against my grain. However Acids are generally well crafted, have a good draw, an even burn, not wrapped too tightly nor too loosely, and produce a clean smoke. These are pretty much the top notch of the flavored or rather "infused" cigars. I do have a complaint that goes for much of the Acid line: too sweet. The wrapper tastes like it's been sitting in sugar. These would be so much better if they simply made the oils and the sweetness a side note rather than the main event, that way we could taste the bloody tobacco. I like espresso, leather, and faint woody notes in my smokes, and i stick by my Cohibas and Montecristos, but if you like the light flavors with a sweet wrapper this is for you. Best paired with a beverage of the readers choice to take away from the sweet. For the people who know as much about cigars as a hairdresser knows about neurosurgery saying that it's like a swisher sweet, pay no mind. If you cant tell the difference in the construction, tobacco quality, and flavoring of one of these and a swisher sweet, then you should not be writing reviews. These are good cigars if they meet your tastes, but they arent anything i would run out to buy. For instance i know good caviar when i taste it, but i would never put it in my mouth voluntarily. Similar case here, requires a taste for the sweet.

"Paired with good Absinthe, a match made in heaven!"
A great tasting mild flavored cigar, Drew Estates achieved what they were aiming for in the Acid Blondie. Paired with a good Absinthe (a Pernod), the two are a match made in heaven!

"If you like flavored cigars you will enjoy this"
Been picking up an occasional one of these at my local cigar store, at $4 each, its a pricey 4x38, online is an improvement. Maybe if Clint was smoking these he would mellow out some. The wrapper is definitely sugary sweet, but the cigar is a nice, expensive, quick smoke. They burn a bit hot, and with a lot of time in their own humidor, mellow out and are nice to smoke. I was surprised how sweet they are compared to the probably aged ones at my local cigar store. Nonetheless, I still like them, especially with sweet fruity juice drinks. Pricey, and best fresh.
