Alec Bradley Prensado Corona Gorda
5 5/8 x 46 - Natural - Single
Alec Bradley Prensado cigars are the first all BOX-PRESSED selection from Alec Bradley Cigars, and arguably their most muscular to-date. Made at Raices Cubanas in Honduras, the blend starts with carefully chosen Honduran and Nicaraguan longfillers girded in a Nicaraguan Jalapa binder. But the pièce de résistance of these cigars are the Honduran Trojes Corojo 2006 wrappers. Expect a very smooth, yet potent smoke rife with deep, dark-roasted coffee and pepper flavors. Very impressive!
I bought one of these to see what the high rating was about - couldn t imagine anything to be as good as a Rocky Patel. I put it in my humidor and forgot about it for over a month. When I fired it up it blew me away! It is possibly the best cigar I ve smoked in 25 years... the hand, the roll, the draw, the flavor... it burned perfectly - still love Rocky but I ordered the test flight to have a few on hand. Absolutely worth the freight.
I have smoked cigars off and on for over 15 years now. Not once, did i ever realize that a cigar was supposed to be like this. A perfect way to start your day. The spice, the draw, the lull in time it hands over. Perfection at a reasonable price. If your like me and have been there and done that, this is your stogie. Don't buy one, buy a box.
I bought one because I wanted to smoke a top rated cigar. My results were I smoked it to the nub..It wasnt all that powerful.. To me powerful is peppery . This smoke held up to its reputation. I wish I could afford to smoke them everyday.. It was awesome..
A powerhouse of a cigar. Not for the faint of heart. Though very full bodied, it was a delight to smoke. very consistant in burn, easy draw and a wrapper oozzing with oils. Lots of spice and pepper through the nose. If you like powerful full body cigars you got to try this, it won't disapoint.
