Arganese Maduro Chairman Figurado
"Solid maduro cigar"
I just got into cigars fairly recently, and the Arganese Chairman Maduro Figurados was my first box purchase (outside of 5-packs and samplers). I never had an Arganese cigar before, but really enjoyed maduros. When I received the Figurado box, I was extremely pleased with the appearance of the stogies, as well as the wonderful smell of the wrapper and the foot. It is a solid looking piece, tightly rolled, and with a mellow, sweet prelight draw. The whole smoke burned evenly, and if needed, it corrected itself right away. It's a classic maduro in my book, with slight hints of chocolate and coffee, maybe a slight pepper nuance in a few puffs, too. I am very, VERY satisfied with this purchace, and will be on the lookout for other pieces to come from Arganese.

Arganese Maduro Chairman Torpedo
"Not bad"
I bought 2 boxes of these and when I first opened the box I thought they were going to be a home run. But, regretfully, they were more like what I expected, a green cigar that needed aging. I was going to return the shipment, but decided that for the price I could stand to let them age and see if they improved with time. Well, after a few weeks in the humidor, they did improve to a level worth keeping. I normally like a bit darker cigar like a Partagus Black, or a GH2 Robusto which is a great cigar by the way if you have not ordered those. But, this cigar would qualify in my books as Medium and with a hint of some unknown spice that is ok but not great. But, if you like value smokes then this is at least a double, but not a home run.

"Playoff Satisfaction Supreme"
This cigar is delicious tasting with a lingering aftertaste that begs to be smoked. She tingles the nose in all three sections and its so good that its difficult to put it down and not light up another.
The first section delivers clouds of wonderful smoke and an array of delicious tobacco flaours, naturally delicious maduro with a medium to strong presence and enticing aroma.
The second section remains moist and wonderful and mellows into a mocha creaminess. The mind will relax and speculate duringn the second section which delivers a relaxation that cigar lovers dream bout occuring.
the last section continues the taste explsion and tingling of the nose gently. An incredibly good tasting cigar that delivers. Satisfaction will occur al thru this wonderful cigar and the blend is near perfectly balanced.

"Recieved over humidified"
Nearly collapsed a lung trying to smoke the first one. The second one was tossed two minutes into the first round. I had to let them dry for a week. Once dried they were OK.
My rating is based on how they performed after drying out.

"One of the best I've found"
This is by far one of the best I've had the pleasure to draw from. Time after time a good lite, draw, and excellent flavor. This one does not have a bad after taste and leaves the room or vehicle with a pleasant aroma. Highly recomended

Arganese Maduro Chairman Petit Corona 5 Pack
"A Terrific Little Smoke!"
This is a truly exceptional, great value smoke! I have spent a whole lot more for a lot less. Great flavor, perfect draw and extremely consistent. I highly recommend these for a shorter smoke and can't say enough good about them!

Arganese Maduro Robusto
"Smooth, medium-body, complex smoke!"
The Arganese Maduro Robusto was an exceptional experience. A veiny maduro wrapper was easily cut and stayed put throughout the smoke, which was gentle and complex, never bitter, and with a hint of cream. About halfway through it really came into its own, with an increase in strength and a larger increase in complexity. I smoked it until it was hard to hold! I give it a 91.

"This was a good cigar!"
Nice smoke! I received one of these in a variety pack. Wow. Very unexpected. Nice, mature but not overpowering smoke. Even taste, burn and flavor. I was surprised at the price - they are on my favorites now.

Arganese Maduro Chairman Robusto
"Nice Smoke"
Very nice construction, burn, and draw. I found this maduro to be a little milder than some CAO offerings I regularly enjoy but very good none the less. Midway through the smoke you will enjoy some spicy notes reminding me of a Cusano corojo '97. I picked up a box of 25 robustos for only $40 with free shipping during a sale famous was running, but are easily worth more than the now listed $65 a box.
