Arturo Fuente Churchill
7 1/4 x 48 - Maduro - Box of 25
When in stock, Arturo Fuente cigars don't last for an extended time - and justifiably so. The Fuente family, who are popular in the cigar industry, have been producing cigars for many years and they never rush their manufacturing process. Since Arturo Fuente are very affordable they usually sell out
USE TO BUY AT LEAST 2 BOXES OF A YEAR OF CHURCHILL MADUROS SINCE 1998, BUT IN THE LAST YEAR OR SO QUALITY AND TASTE DOESN'T SEEM QUITE AS GOOD, IN FACT SOMETIMES FAIRLY UNPLEASANT. I GAVE ALMOST HALF OF MY LAST BOX AWAY TO SOMEONE WHO WASN'T QUITE SO DISCONCERTING. I'M CURRENTLY ENJOYING MACANUDO MADUROS.
The AF Maduro Churchills used to be my favorite cigar. I used them as the standard to which I compared other cigars. In the last two years, that has changed, sadly. They are now of hit-or-miss quality. My last box, 12/08. has virtually no taste or aroma. Very sad, indeed. Quality control has apparently ceased at AF.
I used to be a Big Fan of Arturo Fuente cigars. 858's...corona imperials...churchills...etc. The taste just isn't the same anymore. At times it actually smells like burning tires. The Fuente family should really look into their Quality Control department. Let me finish by saying that this is no fault of Famous Smoke Shop, I will continue to shop with famous for their other great deals they continue to offer.
