"Quality Has Declined"
This used to be a wonderfully tightly wrapped cigar that held its shape through out the smoke.
The latest box I received as a gift (not from FSS) was poorly crafted. Half way through the smoke, the cigar becomes soggy and loose. Poor packing leads to runners.
This is no longer an excellent cigar.

"Wheres the Wood Box - This was to be a GIFT."
Ashton's are always great cigars, but I purchased this assortment as a gift, expecting it to arrive in the beautiful wood box it is shown in on the website. Imagine my surprise when it arrived in a white cardboard box. I guess I'll have to smoke them myself and get something else as a gift.

"The one I most look forward to smoking."
When you don't have the time for a long smoke, he Ashton
Esquire Maduro is the perfect fit. It is smooth, same satifsying taste and burn of a full size cigar.

"Superb..."
This is by far the best cigar I have ever tried. I am not a seasoned cigar smoker yet, but have tried many brands. A fantastic taste, creamy and nutty, with a superior burn and draw. The smoke itself is a pleasure to let surround you...what an experience. I will continue to sample, but I will always come back to this one for a tried and true!

"Not up to Ashton Standard"
I have been consistently very pleased with the taste and performance of all Ashton cigars that I have tried until the Magnum ... has great Ashton taste but could not keep it lit and consequently the burn was inconsistent and uncharacteristically poor compared to my prior experiences.

"Great cigar!"
Like the Arturo Fuente Cubanitos and the Cuesta Rey Centenario Cameo these are my cigars for the "in between smokes". Mild, great taste, no flavors like sweet wrapping, etc. Exactly as a cigar should taste. That is to say MY taste. As with wines, it all depends on the individual taste, on the time of the day and on the mood you are in. I think people should try various cigars within their basic taste and then build a library of their favorite cigars. I am doing that with wines and now with cigars.

"It's OK"
I think these are over priced cigars. I rather spend my money on a box of padrons. I like the darker cigars better. These are an ok smoke if your a beginner but I would never buy a box of these. Everyones different though, but I wouldn't carry these in my humidor, if I do they will just age for a while and maybe I'll smoke a few here and there. Oh, wait! I have 10 of them oh my what to do what to.
