"Better Than a Toro"
Aspira Toro
I've been buying the Toro's for a long time. I thought I would try the Torpedo for a change. I am delighted. It gives you a longer smoke.

"Pass on this stick, uneven burn, strange tatse"
Aspira Torpedo
Pros: Starts nice, full even draw, nice flavor.
Cons: 1/3rd in the taste changed from pleasant to sort of chemically tainted. Then it burnt uneven, consistent runs. Halfway thru it dies it on its own. I mean holding it for a minute or less it dies, time and time and time again. The 4th refire it died right after a draw. I gave up and trashed it. Now, this stick sat in my humi for 11 mos so it should be mellow right? Wrong. Disappointing in more ways than one!

"Mid third to late third, relax and enjoy"
Aspira Presidente
The pre light stage goes well as I'd advise toasting the foot before smoking as it helps improve the burn. The first third does not have a good taste, its pungent. However, this cigar has a hook to it. When you get an inch or two into the torpedo the taste mellows down a good bit and the pungent taste changes to a relaxing smoke. This cigar gets better and better tasting from the middle part to the end.
Once past the first third of this cigar the taste becomes nice and relaxing. Its a good cigar from the mid third to the finish and it finishes nice and soft from mild to medium strength with a bevy of soft smoke taste.
Definitely worht giving this cigar a test as the majority of the cigars burned evenly right our of the package and are above average construction for a bundled cigar. the middle and last parts of this cigar will not disappoint once you make it past the first inch or so the taste of the cigar will change to a very enjoyable smoke. A wonderful inexpensive cigar to enjoy and share with friends.

"After just one month, not the same....."
Aspira Torpedo
I can't believe these are the same cigars I tasted 1 month ago. They were bland and somewhat bitter. After being in my humidor for 1 month, I would never (in a blind test) know these were the same cigars. Very smooth and somewhat sweet. I bought these so as not to smoke up the other more expensive cigars. Now, I compare them to the one's I was saving up for. Great to have these now as it is now a pleasure to smoke them and not a disappointment at all!!!! I can see how some reviews are negative, give this one time and save money down the road. Trust me, try one every week and see them come alive.....very cool.

"Get em on sale, you can't go wrong."
Aspira Robusto
These Aspira's are way over my meager stogie budget normally but when on sale I snap em up. The natural wrappers have a sweet spicy flavor with a dry finish and a savory core flavor. Perfect draw, not too loose and none have been tight. I can't say if all the sizes are the same, sometimes other sizes have different flavor profiles. Some burn a bit off but butane is cheap.
Keep em coming Famous!

"Bland!"
Next
Has a cardboard taste at first. Way too mild. Don't have to worry about cigar breath with this dud. A real waste of money and time.
