"Mid third to late third, relax and enjoy"
The pre light stage goes well as I'd advise toasting the foot before smoking as it helps improve the burn. The first third does not have a good taste, its pungent. However, this cigar has a hook to it. When you get an inch or two into the torpedo the taste mellows down a good bit and the pungent taste changes to a relaxing smoke. This cigar gets better and better tasting from the middle part to the end.
Once past the first third of this cigar the taste becomes nice and relaxing. Its a good cigar from the mid third to the finish and it finishes nice and soft from mild to medium strength with a bevy of soft smoke taste.
Definitely worht giving this cigar a test as the majority of the cigars burned evenly right our of the package and are above average construction for a bundled cigar. the middle and last parts of this cigar will not disappoint once you make it past the first inch or so the taste of the cigar will change to a very enjoyable smoke. A wonderful inexpensive cigar to enjoy and share with friends.

"Get em on sale, you can't go wrong."
These Aspira's are way over my meager stogie budget normally but when on sale I snap em up. The natural wrappers have a sweet spicy flavor with a dry finish and a savory core flavor. Perfect draw, not too loose and none have been tight. I can't say if all the sizes are the same, sometimes other sizes have different flavor profiles. Some burn a bit off but butane is cheap.
Keep em coming Famous!

"Dont waste your money, no taste, harsh."
I buy a bundle of these every summer for an everyday smoke. This year they changed. Smoked a couple, terrible. Decided to age in humidor for a couple of months, no change. No taste, harsh. Dont waste your money

"Good daily smoke"
Very good bargain smoke. Well constructed and for the money you can afford to give these to your golfing buddies without going broke.

"Not the same as they used to be"
These used to be box pressed with more attractive wrappers. Also, the blend is different. A little milder, very sweet flavor with a bit of spice in the nose. Not bad!

"64 Cent Gem"
Call me cheap, but I despise paying full price for any cigar. I have found myself participating in several auctions to secure some good deals. Recently, I just won a bundle of 25 Aspira Torpedoes for just $16. Normally, these smokes retail for $97 for the lot. They are well constructed with Honduran and Nicaraguan long fillers. They are finished with a red-hued Habana 2000 wrapper. They measure 6.5 x 54. They have an easy draw, even burn and a great taste. Most of all, they leave little after taste. For just $0.64, these make a good choice for a daily smoke. MonkeyDan Rating: 84
