"One of the better mediums"
The draw was a little tight, and the flavors were rather primary, so perhaps a little aging in the humidor would be recommended for this Dominican. One of the better mediums, but I still much rather prefer the Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduro.

"Best cigar for the price"
This is my new favorite smoke. The price is reasonable. The taste and draw are excellent. I will order more boxes in the future.

"So that's what they mean by "Creamy Draw""
Just had my first AVO on the way in to work. I'm not reluctant to write negative things about cigars, but I have nothing negative to say about this little gem. The AVO Robusto is the first thing in my life that I can honestly rate as a perfect 10. The flavor was creamy, smoothe, and consistent throughout the body of the cigar. I'll note here that I've never actually tasted "creaminess" in a cigars draw, even in those cigars whose description advertises a "creamy draw." Right now my mouth feels smooth as silk, and I am more relaxed than I've been in a long time. My sampler searches have finally come to an end. The AVO robusto is far better than bad sex, and ranks very close to good sex in terms of enjoyment. My new favorite. I don't believe I'll ever be able to smoke another brand of cigar without feeling a little let down. Lord knows none of the hundreds that I've smoked compare to this.

"A quality smoke to be sure!"
After smoking many different cigars over the years, I settled in on Don Thomas brand for the last 16 months. Then I bought a sampler pack of robustos - half way thru the AVO robusto I knew I was hooked. Clean burn, great aroma, not to heavy (medium bodied smoke) and smokes great all the way to the band. I'm now enjoying my first box..
