Even burn, light grey/white ash to 2" until d... moreEven burn, light grey/white ash to 2" until dropping off. Smooth initial smoke with a warm aroma, merging into a modest earthy flavor with hints of caramel on the end of the palatte. A great smoke, was relatively quick, but very relaxing.
