Draconian FDA Regulation of Premium Cigars

   Why is the United States becoming a Nanny State, like Canada?
   Isn't America the land of free and independent spirit?
   In Canada, with universal Medicare, the Provinces enact draconian legislation such as this
   on tobacco products by trying to justify the anti-tobacco laws as tax saving and health measures.
   Therefore it is almost certain that legislators at all levels of government across the USA
   will use the same justifications once you have government funded health care.
   The difficulty is that the lawmakers do not differentiate between cigars and other tobacco products.
