The Partagas # 2 sports a light brown, somewhat blotchy colored wrapper, with an olive colored hue. This corona is well constructed, although the draw is somewhat tight. The cigar easily supports a one inch, clean white ash. The first third of the burn is mild, with notes of leather smacking the pallet, and hints of wood brushing the inside of the nose. The second third of the burn, increases to full in strength, with aromas of leather and black pepper in the nose. On the last third of the burn, aromas of wood, leather, and sweet tobacco, bombard the pallet and nose, to finish this very complex cigar. Approximate burn time for this Partagas, is 85 minutes. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this cigar 9.5 less

I have smoked cigars for over 30 years and have tried many brands. These are still my favorite. I have yet to have a bad one. Consistantly good for years. I cant say that about other brands like Cohiba and Padron. The aroma and taste is awesome! less

I purchased a pack of 5 to try them out. I gave three away and smoked one so far. I definitely look forward to the next smoke. Nice flavor, nice build, even burn, about an hour - only drawback was it seemed like the draw was off. It could have been that I smoked it after a workout, which affected the lungs! Definitely will have again. less

I keep several brands of cigarsin my humidor, but the #10 Maduro is my personal favorite Excellent flavor and consistency; even on the windest days, I often smoke these during a round of golf, I rarely have to re-light. As good as it gets, in my book. less
