I have bought six bundles from Famous Smoke over the last year. Most have been good. Have bought the Famous Smoke 2000 robusto, Rocky Patel sampler, etc. The last was thr Royal Nicaraguan. The burn is poor; too hot, draw too quick, taste is good but the construction is poor. The cigar burns and draws like a loosley rolled newspaper. less

The cigar is priced right. Taste is good, but burn is inconsistent. Great cigar if construction was better. less

The taste is bitter and the draw is horrendous! I had to use my Dirt Devil to suck hard enough on the cigar to get a burn on it! Ouch! Buy a broomstick handle and cut it into churhill's, it would actually taste better! less

I bought this cigar with hopes of finding a diamond in the rough? unfortunately the one I smoked didn't do much for me the flavor wasn't there it was harsh and the taste was a bit acrid to be fair this may have been due in part to smoking it right after delivery (which can be a hasty thing to do with some cigars) I will leave them in the humidor for six months before I smoke another and hopefully time will improve them. less

"Not so hot"
Looks like I get to write the first review...... more
Looks like I get to write the first review...it'll be interesting to see what others have to say but after smoking 7 of these over a 2-week period, I'm not impressed. The draw is too firm for my preference and I really had to pull to get any smoke. The burn was right on and the construction seemed good. No soft spots, no cracks or flaws. The wrappers are pretty rough to look at. That's no problem if the taste is there but I found these harsh, dry and not very interesting. Not awful, just not very appealing. To be fair, I'm not a fan of Fuego's blends so it may be my palate but I found these harsh, and strong rather than full-bodied. If you like Fuego's blends and can get a 5-pack or a good deal on auction, give 'em a try. "Your mileage may vary." For myself, I'll stick with other bundles for my low-cost alternative. less
