"Agree to Disagree?"
Camacho Coyolar Puro Figurado
I had no problem with the burn as the others have. This was a quite pleasant, tasty surprise.

"Tasty But....."
Camacho Coyolar Puro Rothschild
Let me say right off the bat that I love the flavor of just about all of Camacho's products. Bold and flavorful is the most apt description I can think of. Unfortunately their rollers are.....how should I put this.....well, they suck. The Coylar are a prime example. A wonderful tasting cigar with a sharp Ligero kick but the construction is plagued with soft spots, loose flaky ash and as mentioned by others, tunneling. The only line up Camacho makes that doesn't have these issues are the Havana. Those have the opposite problem, they're plugged and hard to draw (also a very tasty stick when you can get 'em to smoke properly). The single line that doesn't have any issues at all are the Baccarat (thank God as those are my favorite morning smoke)
The Eiroa's need to either a.) retrain their rollers or b.) subcontract their rolling out to the Matasa factory where they know how to make a cigar that smokes perfectly.

"People pay WHAT for Camacho?"
Camacho Coyolar Puro Titan
Just went through two Camacho samplers (4 varieties x 5 each, total 40 smokes) and there were only two sticks I found decent. The rest were caustic and flavorless, with sorry burn. I can't believe there's some cachet to this brand.

"Great Great Cigar"
Camacho Coyolar Puro Perfecto #1
The Titan is a great great cigar. I recommended this one to my father-in-law, long time smoker in California. Now, they're never in stock.

"Gives tunneling new meaning"
Camacho Coyolar Puro Perfecto #1
Head of wrapper split apart 5 minutes after lighting the foot. Cigar tunneled fast and longer than the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Was not worth finishing after first one-third. Waste of money.

"Very full but a lousy and dangerous burn."
Camacho Coyolar Puro Super Toro
Christian Eiroa never smoked this cigar or he would not have released it without a warning to watch out for tunnel-burning as far as two inches below the lit end. I nearly burned a hold in my glove -- and my finger -- with the first two out of the box. The rest may sit in my humidor for quite some time. I'd say quality control is sorely lacking with this brand.

"powerful and potent"
Camacho Coyolar Puro Titan
Ordered 10 of these from a competitor as part of a special deal; couldn't finish the first one, need to let these age at least six more months. Compares with Edge. Power and strength seem to reduce the subtleties; not for the faint-hearted.

"CORNUCOPIA OF FLAVOR"
Camacho Coyolar Puro Perfecto #1
THE TITAN WAS A VERY INTERESTING CIGAR. IT'S LABLED "ONE STUD OF A CIGAR MAN"...IT IS FULL BODIED I AGREE, BUT IT DOES NOT LITTERALLY KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF. THE FLOVOR HOWEVER.....DOES! VERY NICE CIGAR FROM START TO FINISH LEAVING YOU WANTING MORE. BURNS WELL, OFFERS VOLUMES OF THICK RICH SMOKE. CONSTUCTION IS EXCELLENT, FIRM BUT NOT SO THAT IT AFFECTS THE DRAW. AFFORDABLE AND PRICED ACCORDINGLY. TWO THUMBS UP FOR THIS ONE!

"what happened?"

I'm a HUGE fan of the Camacho Corojo's so after reading reviews around the web I figured this ought to be a shoo-in. Man, was I wrong wrong wrong. The little perfecto's just will not burn properly. Loose flaky ashes everywhere, poor construction and a harsh taste. Whether this is a consequence of this particular shape/style I don't know, but I can tell you I'm not buying them again.
