I've been using this type of humidification device with 1 gallon freezer weight plastic storage bags in banker boxes for my non day-to-day cigars for almost a year now. Following instructions these are recharged monthly with distilled water and I've had excellent results. Not a substitute for a good wooden humidor with humidifier solution in the humidification device, but an acceptable cheap alternative!

Didn't want to spend a lot on a lighter (would rather buy cigars!). This fits the bill perfectly. Thanks, Famous!

I bought this from the auction site with 3 cigars incl. What a rip!

Title says it all. Go to Wal Mart and buy a $10 fan instead, and spend the difference on a good cigar or two. You'll respect yourself much more in the morning.

POS = Piece Of Sh!t I picked this up on auction while there were no comments on it. The swing turns on when it wants to. The ion generator turns off when it wants to. The only thing it does do is blow smoke around.

If I hadn't bought this at auction, I would have returned it immediately. The thing does NOT filter or purify anything - it is just an oscillating fan with a remote control. The 'purification' part is from the negative ion generator - the same kind that has been proven to be totally ineffective, and also proven to be harmful to your health. No wonder the company that is supposed to warranty these does not exist anymore. Does not do anything to smoke except blow it around.
