Worth a buck fitty or so ( what I paid )

Bought these on a Cigarmonster deal, and tried one once they arrived. Not too impressed at that moment, but as we all know, some time in the humidor brought them to life. Smoking one today, and it started a bit rough, but once it warmed up, I warmed up to it, honestly, I dont find too many cigars I like until they burn an inch. Mild with some body to it, its a good stick for a buck fitty on a bundle.

Pretty Good for a Cheapo

Bought these on a whim to see if I could find a decent everyday cigar and to share with golf buddies. Lit up when they first arrived. Not sure why the bad reviews, but for me these are good smokes for the price. Good draw, good consistency for the price, good construction. No, they aren't a substitute for my Dunhills/Davidoffs, but for the price they were really good. My golf buddies thought they were $5+ cigars. I'm ordering more.

Awesome Cigar!

I received my bundle a couple days ago and normally let them sit in the humidor for a couple months before lighting up. I took a chance and had one right out of the wrapper. I was incredibly pleased with all aspects of the cigar! The flavor was mild, but not wimpy, the draw was flawless, the burn was consistent and the construction was perfect. These are now going to be the primary cigars that fill my humidor. If you like Macanudos, Romeo Y Julietas, or Cusanos, you will love these!

remarkable!!!

I went through numerous bundles of cigars trying in vain to find a superb bundle cigar. F.D.2K is just GREAT, SUPERB! It's my daily " go to" cigar.

Solid Cigars

Smoked my 6th today. Consistent, and what a fine burn! Went all the way down to an inch and still perfect. I'll try other sizes in this line.

A Solid Smoke

This is a well constructed good tasting cigar. Matter of fact it actually tastes almost exactly the same as another online retailers house brand with the number "cinco" in the name, except that these are far more affordable. Woody/cedary flavors. Nothing complex but as a midday, post-lunch cigar you could hardly do better. Again, the construction is top notch. I found a few with a tight draw but nothing you won't find in any other brand in cigarland.

woody, nutty, solid

tried these as one of my first bundles and still come back to them. They are VERY consistent in construction, burn and draw. They aren't going to dazzle you with multiple complexities, but the nutty spice is good all the way through

Lives up to its billing

Recently received a bundle of these nice looking, well built Toros. After smoking several of them, I'd have to say they definitely live up to their billing. Smooth, plenty of smoke, nice draw, nice silvery ash and most importantly, a very good flavor. I've had some much more expensive cigars that didn't beat this one for all-around smoking pleasure.
I won't use the usual "Good smoke for the money" description cliche here. This is just a good smoke, period. The price just makes them that much more of a value. I'll 'age' the rest a while in the humi, and see how that affects them - if they last that long!
Thank you, Famous!

Love 'em

Very good cigar--I often crave these more than any other cigar in my humidor. The nutty, woody flavored filler complements the sweet, creamy flavor of the Conn. shade wrapper very nicely. The draw and burn are always perfect. I've been sampling bundle cigars, and I'll be surprised if I find any better than these. Thanks, Famous.

So good, you'll want a roach clip!

Normally I'm hesitant to buy bundled house brand cigars, but the Cigar Monster price was just too good to pass up. Fired one right up upon receipt, and wasn't disappointed. I found it to be pleasantly mild, with a taste of cinnamon. Got better all the way down, finally burning my fingers! Never had to re-light, burn and draw were consistent through out, and it was well constructed. I couldn't find anything wrong with this cigar. The only bummer was tearing the wrapper when I dropped one on the ground. Will certainly buy again!

FD2K Toro is a worthwhile Dominican bundle....

I was on the porch prepping my notes for an evening lecture (poet Sylvia Plath) on a balmy afternoon here, when my cigars arrived...had a glass of hill water and really enjoyed the new FD2K Toros. They were just a bit dry, nothing the humidor can't fix, but clipped well. The flavor is robust Dominican, of course, with cedar accents. The smoke is smooth and pleasant to the end. My wife even said they smelled good. The FD2K Toro passed the ash test with ease: I tipped a pretty grey ash at about 1.5 inches. Draw, burn and construction are very good. I really got a deal when I purchased on the sale.

Completely Surprised

I ordered a bundle of these when they were on sale last week. Normally, I let cigars age for several months before smoking them, but I figured... what the heck - I will try one to see if they are any good. Bottom line; I was shocked. The first thing I noticed was the construction on every cigar - it was top notch. I clipped the end, and was pleased to find the draw was excellent as well. Finally the real question - how did it smoke. It was delightful. I am a fan of medium bodied cigars, but this was very flavorful with nuts, cream, and a nice toastiness. I will be ordering these again.

Don't really care for them

Your write up interested me,but the cigar was a disappointment. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'll stick with brand name quality smokes.
