Gurkha Grand Reserve Cigars

nice but be wary when ordering singles

Great Cigar beautiful in all aspects but one. The tube is not built for shipping only on the Churchills though. I belive it was UPS but when i opened both my single churchills about one half inch of the foot was frayed something awful. The cap of the tube has a sharp inner lip that the cigar did not agree with. However on the Robusto they pack the top with a little foam to keep it from moving around. Anyway i just cut the bad part and went on my way. Good luck to you and Happy Holidays

THE TASTE IS GREAT NO HARSH TASTE ON THE DRAW

Wrapper went all Gangsta on me.

This may have been a good cigar if the wrapper didn't instantly start unravelling on me. I hate this type of wrapper where it is so thin it just flakes off. Boo on you Ghurka.

Hard To Believe

i hate flavored cigars, which is why it took me so long to try one of these. every time i would see them in their cute little tubes with plastic i dont know what melted over the cap i would turn the other way and grab a real mans cigar. but i finally found myself with no interest in trying anything specific so i got one. IT WAS GREAT! by no means amazing like the Padron Anniversary lines, but its definately a unique taste. One that i will be proud to show my friends.

Nice Smooth Cigar!

I really enjoyed this cigar and so did my friends who I handed these out to recently when our baby boy was born. I couldnt really taste the cognac but it was still a great cigar. I would definitely buy these again. It is mild-medium and is perfect even for the novice smoker.

A wonderful smoking experience

I loved this cigar. I would rate the taste mild to medimum as it is not a stong as other Gurkha's I have tired but plenty of flavor. I will buy more!!!

The best cigar made!

This cigar is worth the money. Better than Davidoff or Ashtons and the Remy flavor makes this the best tasting cigar I've smoked.

Best cigar i have ever had! The flavors are a perfect combination of premium tobacco and premium liquor. The aroma is amazing, and the taste and burn are even better. A MUST SMOKE cigar!

AMAZING!

I am going to have to say that this is THE BEST flavoured cigar...EVER! While at my local smoke shop, my wife and I noticed some old guy come in and buy 10 of these at $15 a pop. We asked him if it was a good cigar and he just said "You have no idea, I've been to 4 other cigar shops and I finally found one that has them." After walking away, I inquired more about the Gurkha and the shop owner smiled and said that "They're definitely a delight." Curious I bought one, took it home, put it in the humi and forgot until Friday morning when I put it in my tupperdor in my trunk and headed off to work. After work I headed straight for my trunk and grabbed this hermatically sealed beauty. After opening the tube you are automatically hit with a small hint of the Remy in the cigar.Unlike my wife, I'm not a fan of flavoured cigars but thought I'd give it a try and if I didn't like it maybe she would; let's just say that she got lucky...Lucky I got home in time for her to try an AMAZINGLY complex, subtle, creamy, smooth and delectable cigar!!! The aftertaste! AMAZING! The draw! Clean and cool (for about 2/3 of the cigar albeit)! The aroma! Beautiful! An all around treat that we both shared and enjoyed! If you haven't tried one of these bad boys I would say pick one up for a change of pace or if you want to try an AMAZING flavoured cig. Bon Apetit!

This is a GREAT CIGAR!!!!!!

These cigars are simply outstanding! It has a great presation. It's draw is easy and extremly smooth. It burns even. The ash is a drark gray and stays on for a long time. The taste is complex. You smell what the cigar taste like. The cognac tatse is outstanding. I have been telling all of my friends and relatives about this one. Yes it is a little pricey, but it is worth every penny.

Great Cigar - even at these prices

This is a great cigar. It looks good, burns well, has a nice white ash and an easy draw. The taste is mild yet complex. It's a little pricey but it's the one I reach for to celebrate a special occasion.
