Not a bad buy...

I found this cigar to draw easily enough, and burn evenly enough, but it did have a bit of a sharp bite about half way through. I was expecting a little sweater flavor form such a dark wrapper. Not a bad cigar, but only worth about a 7 out of 10 rating from me.

Good smoke at a very good price

Smoked a couple of these Wavells from a recent order, last night at a bar, and I would call them "good", not very good or excellent. Certainly pleasant enough, it has some flavor, a little nutty, medium-full, draws pretty well, very good construction. It's the kind of cigar to have when you're doing something, party or at a bar, but if you're having an after-dinner or quiet evening smoke, there are other & better cigars with more character and smoothness. I rate it a 7, similar to a basic Romeo Julietta, or H.Upmann.

fine after dinner cigar

La Gloria has made a nice blend of tobacco. Well handcrafted cigar.

They're ok

I was slightly disapointed with these little cigars. The draw was good however the taste was a bit sharper than I was expecting, and they also bit my tung. However they were not terrible for the price. I would give them a fife out of ten.

Not So Much

Purchased the Wavells and can't get enough of them, GREAT Product. Wanted to try the Corona Gorda and bought a box. Out of the 5 I've smoked, 3 have had wrappers split after I lit them. The draw was weak and difficult to keep going. Wish I could get a refund. Love the Wavells, the Gordas...not so much!
