La Floridita Limited Cigars

Great...or...tastless...Inconsistent

Like some others have said, some are just amazing and others are like smoking air. I don't get it. I'd say 3 of every 5 are great but it always stinks to get one out of the humi, head out only to find it's a dud.

Just Right For Me

This has become my "give away" stick. I have shared this with my cigar smokin' buddies and they too have enjoyed them. It is affordable, has a very consistant taste which is not overpowering and burns great with a nice firm white ash. I am on my third box of these puppies and have had only one "dud" which was rolled a little too tight.

Great Value!

I thought it was a great cigar for the cost.Got 1 in a sampler. Bought a box. I usually smoke 1 a day. Lasts 45mins. Great draw,burn,& taste. Nice size. Burn was uneven till I made sure it was well lit.Ok after that. I will buy more!

An Excellent Cigar

I decided to try this cigar as the mix of tobacco seemed interesting. What I found was a very tasty, well constructed, even burning cigar with a nice finish. Trabajo bueno Sr. Plasencia and FSS.

Great flavor all the way through

This is a very good cigar. It keeps it's flavor all the way through the burn. This one will be a regular for me. Mr. Zaretsky, you, Hal, and Mr. Plasencia have done a great job on this one.

i really like this cigar

i was smoking this cigar at home and my wife commented on how good the aroma is.later I lit one up at my brother-in laws house and my sister-in law had a better reaction than my wife...she loved the aroma...this stick is no doubt a keeper!

A superb cigar

Having tried several different selections of Famous' line of smokes, I have found what I think could be the best yet! This dark-skinned beauty delivers every bit of the flavor promised by the rich, oily maduro wrapper, and then some. A sweet, smooth start, with clouds of aromatic smoke, and it lasts to the end, where a spicy finish only leaves me wanting more. What a wonderful, tasty blend. Thank you Famous for working with Nestor to come up with one fine cigar ......... at any price.

Inconsistent flavor, good construction

Well constructed, even burn and good draw marred only by inconsistent taste with 3 from the 5 pack having a rich, unique and good flavor, and 2 which were tasteless. I may try these again after they have been out longer.

"WOW" Do NOT stop making these!!

I've smoked many cigars and the La Floridita brand is one of my favorites but this "Limited Edition Robusto" is one of THE best (non flavored) 60 ring cigars I've smoked. Due to its size, I expected somewhat of a tighter draw (like I've experienced with other high end big ring cigars). To my surprise, the draw was perfect and the smoke was bold but not overpowering; it kept its flavor all the way to the end. I smoked it to the nub and still hated to put it down. I though maybe that I just lucked out with that one so around a week later I tried another one. Same experience as the last...awesome. Do NOT change a thing (including the price) and Do NOT stop making these!!!

Fabulous smoke!

I really hate to give this review as others will jump on the band wagon and drive the price up. Great smoke! Perfect draw, very smooth and great volumes of smoke. Far better than much higher priced cigars.

La Floridita 5 Pack

I lit the first one out of the 5 pack and found the wrapper peeled off and the smoke got extremely peppery 3 fourths down the cigar.I waited for this new cigar to arrive. WILL NOT ORDER MORE.

Just when you thought it doesn't get any better...

A new reference that other premiums should aim to be. An absolutely fantastic cigar- I owe it to my famous smoke brothers to write this. It is so good that I could not keep to myself. As someone that has tried virtually everything, this is one of the best because it gets everything right. There are some that I prefer more in taste but they don't have all the other characteristics, such as good burn, (not easy in a balls to the wall cigar) and sensible price. I could smoke these for life. I hope it is not limited. And i hope someone from FSS reads this review. The flavor is a whole nother story. Wood, leather, molasses, and really good tobacco. But it is the balance and blending that you will notice. I smoked these right out of the UPS truck. Well aged and in its prime NOW! I guess I can kiss goodbye to getting a good deal on them.

A plesant suprise!

I ordered these on special because I like a thicker ring cigar. Smoked one right out of the box and was really impressed. Medium body with super construction and draw/burn. Espresso taste and some sweet chocolate. Very nice FSS! I really like this cigar.
