Yuck.

One of the worst tasting Cigars Yet. It construction is nice but tastes like dirt. Maybe it needs to be aged.

burns your lips it burns so hot

Horrific construction, probably the worst boxed brand name cigar ive ever smoked. This cigar is major deciving in its appearance, its gonna burn hotter than a machine made 60 cent cigar, its horrific. Do yourself a favor and avoid this cigar, its horrible.

extremely hot burning cigar

Its amazing this cigar was ever popular, it burns hotter than a siwsher sweet and is very deceiving cigar. It looks nice, has a nice aroma, but its extremely hot and will burn your mouth, if you wanna feel like a complete dumbass, buy this cigar as i won it in an action 5 for 7 dollars and its one of the worst smokes ive ever experienced. it burned the inside of my lips, cannot describe how hot this cigar burns, i would bid a dollar on another 5 pack for this torpedo cigar. Its horrible.

Perfecto rather than Churchill...

Shouldn't the shape field of your descriptor say perfecto rather than Churchill? This cigar is similar in size and shape to an Arturo Fuente Hemingway Classic, which you list (correctly) as a perfecto. Also, a number of the Ashton Cabinet perfectos are incorrectly listed as "Churchill", "torpedo", and "other".

likeable

A decent cigar with a good draw, refined taste, but average construction

Great to have on hand for newbies

I personally enjoy a nice Avo Classic or R&J Aniversario, but I always keep a fiver of Tamborils around for my friends who are just starting out. The price and the lack of morning-after-cat-box-mouth with other cheaper cigars make these a must to have on hand. The draw is very light and the flavor is very mild. The filler is mild with a little bite. Long, white, smooth ash, but wrapper and binder have a tendency to extinguish after ash drops, requiring a relight to avoid tunneling. Very nice finish/aftertaste.

Tamboril is Great

Just today I ordered my third box of the Tamboril Connecticut Double Corona. I feel this is one of the most succulent cigars I have ever smoked. If I remove the band and pass a couple out, they are consistenly mistaken for a cigar that would cost at least twice as much. Thank you Famous Smoke for the great pricing.

where is the flavor?

I won a five pack of these on the auction site for a measly 4.01. I would have been bent if I had paid full price. First off the Diablo seems to be well made, had an easy draw producing lots of smoke, it burned nice and even, but it had no flavor what so ever. These are listed as medium bodied but I would not even list them as mild. It was like smoking warm air. I tryed two of them to make sure I did not get a dud and they were in my humidor for about 3 weeks. I will try another in a month or so and if it is better i will retract, but I dont think it will make a difference.

OK but I don't plan on getting any more

I got a 5 pack of these cigars. I have smoked them all and thought I would give a review. They have a nice light brown wrapper and are constructed well. Draw was light to medium and the burn was even. Taste was odd sometimes, and could get a very bitter flavor that was disappointing. Overall, not impressed and wouldn't recommend to someone else.
