Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sun Grown Captiva

"Nice surprise"

Have been ignoring this one from a sampler, probably because it's a little skinny for my taste, But WOW. Outstanding draw and flavor! I will not judge a cigar by it's gauge so much and will be on the look-out for a deal on some toros or robustos. Reminded me to buy a sampler now and then to widen my collection.

"Pleasant Smoke"

I had one of these on a Sunday morning. Not the best time for this smoke; Sunday evening after a nice meal would have been better. It's got more kick than the standard CR, which I was not prepared for so early in the morning. I will give this cigar another chance and be more diligent as to the proper time to smoke it. There was a strange taste to it that I didn't particularly care for, but don't let my a.m. taste buds deter you from trying this.

"Best smoke for the money"

I have been buying the Pyramid #9 now for a few years and smoke all types of cigars in all price ranges. I must say for a non cuban cigar I haven't found a better smoke. this has become my favorite.

Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sun Grown #60

"EXCEPTIONAL SMOKE"

I smoke mainly Maduros but happened to be w/o my cigars one day and purchased a Centro Fino to fill the gap.What a fantastic smoke. It draws like a dream w/gobs of great smoke and the flavor is absolutely remarkable. Although I really like the big Maduro stix, this beauty was a stunner and a must have for any well balanced humidor. I have since purchased a box and everyone smokes just like the first one I purchased several months ago. No disappointments here folks!! Step up and enjoy.

"Very Nice Cigar!"

This is a cigar that deserves a place in your humidor. It surely has earned a place in mine. Smooth easy draw, nice gray ash, with a aroma to die for.

Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sun Grown Captiva

"A sweet surprise"

I received a sampler box of these Cuesta-Rey Centro Finos and lit the "Captiva" first. My other smoking experiences of Cuesta's cigars were good but not spectacular. This sun grown blew me away! Great, even, complex taste that burned and drew well, too. Ordered a box as soon as I could.

Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sun Grown Pyramid #9

"Biggest surprise of the year!"

After attending this years Big Smoke in Las Vegas, and having returned home with over 40 cigars, This cigar was the biggest surprise in the bag. Smooth as silk, consistant down to the very end. Being a Fuente fanatic This was a great addition to my cigar rotation!!
