Diamond Crown Maximus cigars are a full-bodied compliment to the original Diamond Crown series. Created for JC Newman by Tabacalera A. Fuente, a dark natural Ecuadorian wrapper surrounds a robust blend of patiently cured and aged Dominican tobaccos for a rich, complex, and perfectly-balanced smoke. These limited production cigars are presented in uniquely designed chests of 20 cigars that form the letter 'M' or in 5-packs. Truly a rare treat for the savvy cigar epicurean.

Absolutely perfect cigar!
This cigar may be the finest example of what a cigar should be ever created. Our friend who was gifted one, and threw it in his fire should have given it some time in his humidor. The only reason this cigar wouldn't "wow" any cigar smoker is that it was improperly stored. Otherwise, he should stick to smoking Gurkah bundles and have a seat at the kiddie table. I have had may GREAT cigars and have yet to find one that exceeds its excellent complexity and balance. This cigar is perfect. Perfect. less

Without a doubt the gentleman who " threw it into the fire pit" has no clue what fine cigar is or .....no really doesn't know what a fine cigar is. Having smoked a few cigars in my 60 years this has to rate up there in my top 3 or 4. So rich so full without being overwhelming or bitter! Rates up there with Opus X Lost City.less

Was given one as a gift and threw it into the fire pit after about a dozen puffs. It was rolled poorly, the burn was already uneven, and it tasted horrible. About the only nice thing I can say is the label was pretty.less

Very rich (with a hint of white chocolate and Honduran mahogany), very earthy, mellow, leathery, herbal (including a breath of fennel & rosemary which are essentially never found in a cigar), soft, very complex,...full of organic nuances;...a full-bodied cigar with many Cuban attributes, that is worthy of the opulence of its golden band and its price. less
Rating Our Cigars When viewing the page for a specific box or bundle of cigars, you'll notice a "Customer Ratings" section below the Description/Reviews section. This is your chance to rate the cigar according to six criteria: Burn, Consistency, Draw, Appearance, Taste, and Construction.
How well did this cigar burn?
Do these cigars perform consistently?
Was the draw good? Too loose or tight?
How did the cigar look?
How was the flavor and aroma of the cigar?
How well was the cigar rolled?
Rate the cigar from one to ten (Poor to Excellent) by clicking the bar at the appropriate number. Once you've selected a rating for all six categories, click "Submit Your Ratings." If you submit more than one rating per cigar, your latest rating will overwrite your previous rating.
You'll then see a link to write a review. You can rate any cigar in our humidor. Please note that numerical ratings are FOR CIGARS ONLY. Have fun!
