The claros are the best Dominique cigars I've... moreThe claros are the best Dominique cigars I've had so far. Smooth flavor and very enjoyable. Similar to the Olor Paco - although the Olor Paco has a little more flavor. The question is whether these are worth the high price. I'd buy them on sale.

what a difference a day makes
I bought a bundle of these on auction for a m... moreI bought a bundle of these on auction for a measley 33.00 a year and a half ago and had the audacity to complain that the cigar was tight and flavorless. Arthur gave me a little background in his history with this cigar, so I figured, what the heck, I'll stick them in the bottom of the incubator and see what happens. Wow! what a differnece a year makes. The Pierce hs turned into a very easy drawing, medium boddied, spicey cigar. I have learned that it is a useless excercise to take a cigar out of its box and judge it. After 12 month you have a totally different breed of cat. The Pierce is a great exasmple of what a little agin will do. I'm buying a couple of more bundles for this time next year.
