Famous Private Selection 70th Anniversary by Camacho Toro cigars pay homage to the renowned retailer with a full-flavored blend of Dominican and Honduran longfillers rolled inside a dark, oily Habano wrapper leaf. The smoke is creamy and woody with succulent spicy notes in the mix. A must-smoke!

"Unfortunately harsh, disappointing cigar "
First, I love almost everything Camacho makes... more
First, I love almost everything Camacho makes and second, I tend to be a tough reviewer so I hold off until I've smoked several cigars, often from different sources. I'd much rather write a positive review of a great product, but this isn't in that category. Like all Camacho cigars, construction is nearly perfect. Appearance is rich, dark and delicious. But this is a very different profile for Camacho and it doesn't suit me at all. I won a box of Toro's at auction, eagerly opened them and they looked mouth-watering! I lit one up and was stunned at how harsh, bitter and strong (not "full-bodied", just strong) it was. I let them rest, smoked one a week for the past several weeks and after 2 months, they haven't improved. Sorry, but for my taste, I can't recommend these. For comparison, the Camacho Corojo and Cayolor are among my favorites, and the Perdomo 70th's are excellent.

I just had this cigar straight from the box on delivery. Once again Famous, nor Camacho dissapoint. Nice medium bodied cigar with a woodsy kind of flavor. Mine burned just a little uneven, but I smoked it outside with a pretty good breeze blowing. I'm sure with a little time in the humidor they'll be even better.
