I have smoked these for years, they are a perfect cigar to relax with or to smoke with a beer or with friends, smooth and reasonably priced

My favorite twice daily smoke
for Garcia y Vega Gran Premio Tubes

I have smoked these for years and still enjoy the taste and the price. Draw improved by using nail or screw inserted approx 2-3 inches into the too small factory hole. Ash control varies but price and taste more than make up for these deficiencies. My overall rating is 85.

Mild with nice cinnamon and cedar overtones.

Machine-made, semi-torpedo head with hole. Must cut carefully about half way down the taper to minimise getting tobacco frags in your mouth. Can smoke without cutting, but gets strong, bitter tar taste about half way through. Excellent everyday smoke for my taste and budget. Easy to take tubos anywhere.

bad taste
for Garcia y Vega Gran Premio Tubes
by in Oregon on February 17, 2006

To me this cigar had a barely endurable taste, something similar to the White Owls I smoked when I was a kid.I don't know if it had been in the store too long or what, but I wouldn't recommend the one I had.
