"Bold"
A friend of mine and each smoked one right out of the box, we were both pleasantly enamored with the Ancient Warrior. Yes, the draw was on the light side but the flavor was bold and mellow at the same time. It did not have the complexity yet from a good turn in the humidor, which I am going give it and will write again. As for now this is a good little cigar at a reasonable price. If it gets better after a little rest, it will be a bargain and well worth a go.

"Loose Draw"
This had a very loose draw, not something I go for. Taste was very good, different then alot of maduro Ive tried recently. Because of the loose draw however, this one is not for me.

"This is a well made cigar with a ton of flavor."
A friend of mine gave me a stick when we were heading on a fishing trip. The trip was a two hour one and when we got there I still had a little less than a quarter of the cigar left. Since then, I've bought a humidor just for the "Warrior!" My everyday smoke! Thanks Gurkha!

"Excellent Smoke"
I just finished the first of five I ordered. This is an excellent cigar for the money. It was soft and chewy, so if you don't like that, stay away. perfect burn, draw, etc... I give this one a 93.

gurkha makes a fine cigar, and i love brazilian leaf... great construction, smooth, good flavor... too mild, would be great in a maduro... perfect for high class newbie... expensive...

I used to be a CAO MX2 fan, but not anymore!! Well still a fan but the Gurkha is much better all around then the MX2. It costs alittle more and its worth it!!

"Nice for the price"
Got a 5-pack of these at the auction for symbolic price. Even though Gurkha brand hype is probably exagerrated and the long list of product names is too confusing this stick did not disappoint me. Good quality medium bodied smoke, sweet and smooth, reach in flavour. Would not buy a box for a regular price yet but will look for future auction opportunities.
