"Enjoyable smoke"
I tried a box of these because of the Rocky Patel name and the price. After a short time (a week or so) in the humi, I found these to have nice draw and flavor. The burn wasn't perfect but was reasonable. The construction and appearance are close to flawless. In my opinion these are a good value that I will take advantage of again. If you're looking for a consistant, inexpensive, flavorful cigar, these are easy to recommend and certainly worth a try.

"Tough to beat"
Not a cigar to write poetry about, but a mighty fine day to day cigar. Aged a year, they get even better! A loyal smoker.

"The 'Mezcal' of mild cigars."
The Boxer had a medium flavor starting out, and progressed to a more even, mild flavor after the first inch. It remained at this smooth, creamy, level, with a hint of pepper on the pallate, down to the last inch. A fine 45 minute smoke.

"Perfect draw and burn"
I'd never tried these before but one came with the Rocky Patel sampler I bought. This is a very good cigar for a very good price. I'll be getting a box of these next time. Perfect draw and burn, nice spices in the taste.

"Not bad but..."
Super Fuerte Natural Robusto is far better. More complex, smoother; the Boxer/Classic seems unfinished compared to the SF, less refined perhaps. The Boxer is not a bad smoke but I won't buy it again. The SF on the other hand, well...already got another box. Nice job Rocky!

"Not worth the Hype"
Okay, just got a box of these classic boxers about 3 weeks ago, and put them in the Humi to rest. At 1 week I smoked 1, at 2 weeks I smoked 1, and just yesterday, 3 weeks out, I smoked another. So far, I personally feel they have been somewhat dissapointing. I have found the Corojo wrapper to be overly spicey, and the smoke to be somewhat harsh on the palate, with some nicotine burn during the last inch or so of the stogie. I bought a Super Fuerte robusto box at the same time, and so far these have been twice as good, with the smoke being much more mellow, aromatic, and relaxing. The Boxer smoke just seems to be a "tense" experience for lack of better words.
I will continue to let the box rest, and I'm hoping that letting these little guys sleep will mellow out the flavor. In the meantime, the super fuerte make a great everyday smoke.
I will say the construction is fantastic, as I have found most Indian's to be. Although another complaint I have with Indian's seems to be the consistency and evenness of burn. Almost every Indian I have smoked to date has had some uneven burning. I know this isn't the end of the world, but at the same time tobacco's are blended along the length of the smoke to be burned evenly.
Stay tuned, maybe with 3-4 months of rest, these great looking firecrackers will bloom into something more palatable.

"One Awsome Cigar"
I have just finished my first Indian Tabac Boxer, and what a wonderful cigar it is. Very nice draw, and the taste compares to more spendy cigars. I am very happy that I bought a box of these sweet stogies.

"Just Not Very Good"
I just smoked my first Indian Tabac Classic and was extremely disappointed. Perhaps it was all the positive reviews I read about this cigar, but it simply did not live up to my expectations. The constructions was loose, the flavor wayyyy on the too mild, almost non-existent side ... in short, I felt it was a waste of one of my precious few smoking times. I realize it is a fairly inexpensive cigar but there are many. many in this price range that are considerably better.
