Juan Y Ramon Churchill Maduro Maduro cigars are decent, everyday value cigars blended with choice Dominican tobaccos and dark, toothy, Connecticut broadleaf wrappers. For the most part, this is a mild toasty, low-cost cigar that burns well and smokes with a pleasant, woody aroma.

"What a joke "
Everyone who has posted a review that says an... moreEveryone who has posted a review that says anything other than "Juan y Ramons suck" should have their cigar-reviewing priviledges revoked. Juan y Ramon are so bad on so many levels. First, the maduros aren't very maduro - they are about the same shade of brown as a normal Cameroon wrapper. I've smoked 5 of them - four of them had severe unravelling problems, which left them unsmokable, and I'm certain the fifth would have as well, but it was plugged and unsmokeable. They weren't mild - they were bland. They weren't nutty or spicy - they were harsh and tasted like a Marlboro with the filter torn off. Not even worth the measly $17 I paid - I honestly wouldn't take another bundle for free. Try the Tamayo y Pareto maduro - a bundle is $30 - $40, they're jet black, the construction and burn are very good (all 25 smoked just fine). Out of the wrapper they taste a little green, but a few wks in the humidor takes care of that.

Unfotunately I must say this is probably the ... moreUnfotunately I must say this is probably the worst cigar I have ever smoked.They taste of nothing but dirt,the wrappers and construction were of very poor quality.almost every one came unraveled and the bands were glued to the cigars making it literally impossible to remove them without pulling huge pieces of the wrapper off with them.i made the mistake of purchasing 2 bundles and you can rest assured this will never happen again.
