La Floridita Pancho Maduro Maduro cigars are a well-balanced mix of rich Dominican & Nicaraguan tobaccos covered in dark, oily Maduro wrappers. The smoke is very creamy with a medium-bodied, earthy flavor and aroma. If you like meaty cigars and want to watch your budget, these cigars are a great buy.

Save your money unless you're fond of smelling a very strange, off scent when this baby burns. I still haven't been able to put my finger on it yet. Somewhere between the smell of burnt wood or cardboard. Smoke it outdoors. The odd aroma doesn't carry over to the taste, which is average, thank goodness.

After trying some of the other La Floridita brand, the Pancho seems to be my favorite so far. I would put it somewhere in between the Flor De Oliva and Quorum brand. (More toward the Flor De Oliva) I was impressed w/the flavor and at a little over .80 a stick, you really can't beat the price. Nice even burn, drew pretty well and the construction wasn't bad either. I would definately order another bundle of these babies.

This has got to be a mistake in the price of this outstanding, great tasting, easy draw, even burning CIGAR, not that I'm complaining mind you. This smoke rates (at least in my thoughts) up there with the big boys in every way but the price.. I'll have to order more before everyone finds out about this super smoke and the price goes up and the supply runs out.:)

a pleasing smoke

I received my order of the Maduros today, and smoked one right out of the package (the others I will let age a bit in the humidor) A very pleasant smoke. I'm new to Maduros but was greatly satisfied with the cigar. The burn was a bit uneven, due primarily I'm sure to the packing wet, but in time they will burn much better. For the price, AND taste, I would highly recommend this cigar.

I've been buying the brand for some time and just tried the Pancho's Maduro. Well constructed, nice ash, burn, draw, flavor, etc. etc.
As long as you are selling these I will be buying them!

For the money, it would be very difficult to find a better cigar. All have been consistant in flavor and construction. Maybe a little time in the humidor to age a bit... but straight from the bundle, a very good maduro cigar.

I have ordered two bundles of the Pancho Maduro now and I love them! They are a great, full bodied, everyday smoke but they also have enough flavor and intensity to enjoy after a good meal! If you like full bodied maduros, you CANNOT beat these!

This is the worst cigar I have ever smoked! ... more
This is the worst cigar I have ever smoked! I bought it because it was on sale and I highly rated the Toro. I can't believe these two cigars are made by the same manufacturer. The Pancho would not draw, would not burn and was full of "logs". I stuck skewers down it, cut it 1/3 down, rolled it, kissed it & cursed it and nothing helped. I was going to return them but by now I have attempted to smoke 7 or 8 out of the bundle. The worst thing about this experience is that I will probably not even consider another La Floridita product, even the Toro which I enjoyed so much!

What I've been looking for!!

Where to begin........... I am not a fan of bundled cigars. They are always inexpensive, yes, but usually for good reason -- they are typically junk. I bought these on auction for the hell of it. Right when I unboxed them, I thought they had an uncanny similarity to the Padron 3000 Maduro (one of my usuals). I held the Floridita Pancho up to my Padron 3000 and literally would not be able to tell the difference if the bands were off!! Very promising. It lit up evenly very easily and burned flawlessly all the way down, leaving a half white, half light grey, sturdy ash. Good, firm draw, not harsh in the slightest, very flavorful. This one felt like, drew like, and tasted like a super premium - unbelievable. All of this after waiting for 2 days at my local UPS for me to pick them up, and then they spent jsut 2 days in my igloodor at 65F/ 70%!!! No joke - I would pay four times as much for these. Wait a minute, I have been paying four time as much as these with the Padron 3000!! La Floridita has taken the first step in restoring my faith in bundled brands!!
