Las Cabrillas Ponce De Leon
Las Cabrillas cigars are one of those under the radar goodies that have developed a large and loyal following. One of the best mild Honduran cigars you'll find for the money, the blend consists of a Mexican San Andres core rolled in silky U.S. Connecticut natural or dark San Andres Morrón maduro wrappers. In 2014 the band artwork was updated and a second band was added. Other than that, the smoke remains a smooth, creamy and toasty pleasure with a great aroma, too. Add some to your cart NOW.
At $1.85 I couldn't pass it up. Liked it so much I bought a box as did a golfing buddy of mine. Neither of us has been disappointed. Good bang for the buck.
I bought a box and damn, damn, damn. They are packed so tightely they suck my brains out instead of me sucking smoke out of them. I even punched them and they still won't draw. I don't know what the taste is because I can't get enough smoke to tell. They burn unevenly and hard. How do they look? Who cares? They are pure hell and mine are being converted to pipe tobacco (with a coffee bean grinder) so I can smoke them. I don't even like to smoke a pipe, but I'm a Scotsman and can't stand the loss.
