"I just had a Hyde Park Robust, very enjoyable...."
I usually smoke the Prince Phillip Cafe, but the Robust was a nice change of pace. By the way if you all ever get a chance to see the Macanudo Club Touring Bus, it would be a great benefit to you...

"great for beginners"
Macanudo Hyde Park was the first cigar I bought in box form. It had a good even draw and burned well when attended. I feel lucky to have picked the Hyde Park as a first, I had a very enjoyable smoke each and every time. I'm done with the first box and am now halfway through a box of Maduros and will return to the Hyde Parks. I might go to more robust cigar in the future, but for now I'll stick with the Hyde Park.

"too bad the hurricane is over"
I didn't particularly like Macanudo until after the hurricane. When the back of the boxes was stamped Dominican Republic, I loved them. Now that they've gone back to Jamaica, they once again are boring. Alas. Oh, well, pray for rain.

Cigar did not have a good taste

"A consistently pleasing and tasty cigar."
I was given a box as a gift and enjoyed them all. Each and every one tasted delicious and burned evenly -- one after the other. Don't let their mildness fool you, full flavor is possible with an advertised "mild" cigar.
