Don't pay for this

I got this as a bonus with my purchase, I used it once and it almost ruined the cigar. The blade is dull and it does not have a good support to be able to close the blade swiftly. Overall it is useless but looks cool. Only if it worked as good as it looked!

Its more for looks.

Got this with the monti cristo hope pack, which you might as well get that since this $40 seems steep. The cutter looks cool but its operation isnt the smoothest and the fact there is not really a backing to press the cap of the cigar against which helps provide a cleaner/deeper v-cut. Without the backing the cap has nothing to push against and prevent any tearing/twisting/crushing of the cap. Next one I am trying: the Xikar VX Metal V-Cut(the lifetime warranty makes the dif I think.)(Also wish they sold the famous Palio Cutter) Although I like the famous smoke shop site, it doesn't do the best job of description or have multiple pics/angles. I suggest visiting the manufacture website usually; For more pics or description, prior to coming back to purchase here.
