"Jury Still Out"
I anxiously awaited this release as the V is one of my favorites. Although construction and burn were on par for Oliva, the flavor was not what I expected. It seemed unduly peppery the whole way through, and the chocolate overtones were weak. I wanted the first run as that usually is the most refined, but I think these need some time in the vault. They have potential, but I will let them sit a year and visit again.
