The first half of this cigar was really very good, despite what my lounge operator predicted from Olor. He stopped ordering them from complaints. My only complaint was the last half, which burned too hot, and ruined the otherwise acceptable flavor. less

Just finished one of these cigars. The flavor was ok. The burn was a little inconsistent but nothing I can't get through. It seemed to get a little more harsh toward the end and burned a little too hot for the last 1/3. I don't mind this cigar but not at this price. I can name a dozen $5.00 cigars that are much better. Sell it for $2.50 or $3.00 and it would be ok. less

Bought as part of "Famous 3 X 3 Selections B" on sale. Thankfully I know that RP 1990 and Cohiba in this selection are nice smokes. The Olor was the wild card pick. Burned fine and draw was nice. Full flavored yes but got a bit acrid before the half-way point. Kept hoping that it would get better but it didn't - for me. That said 2 more to go so I'll try 1 more and give one to a friend for second opinion. C'est la vie. less

My first impression of this cigar was a little negative. I'd had it sitting in my humidor for about 2 weeks when I smoked it. I normally use a drill, but I left it in my golf bag so I had to resort to a cutter. I cut the cigar carefully, so as not to cut over the shoulder. As soon as I cut it, the shoulder cap came off and I noticed some unraveling of the wrapper. I rolled the cigar in my lips and tried to keep the wrapper from unraveling any more (successfully, I might add). That was the end of the negative stuff though. This is a class A smoke if you like a full bodied cigar. Smoked evenly. GREAT nose on this one. Really very pleasant with some cocoa and toasty undertones. I really liked this one. Just a little weak on the construction side, but maybe I just lucked out with the one cigar out of the box that had an issue. Still highly recommended. less

I bought a five pack of these because I have heard that the Olor is a pretty good cigar, I didn't read any of the reviews until after I bought them and was waiting for them to arrive, after reading the reviews I was not looking forward to getting my order but I had to try them once they got here since I spent the money on them, First off I have to say they are a nice looking cigar, they are put together well, I figured if they look this good they must not be that bad, but looks can be deceiving, lucky for me though this was not the case with these cigars, they had a good taste to them when first lit and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a good draw to them as well. So now I am trying to figure out if these are the same cigar that all the bad reviews were written about?? Could the bad reviews be because of an old bad batch of them or what, they couldn't be the same cigars that I just smoked because the ones I smoked burned well and had a pretty good taste to them along with having a really good draw to them. They stayed together well and I had no difficulties at all from them. It makes you wonder how some can give a review that is so much different than the one I am giving right now if they smoked the same cigar as I just did. My only conclusion is that they must have gotten a hold of a bad batch of them, how else could I have so much of a different view on them then so many others that tried them. I know my taste is not that much different than others to be that much off of my opinion of them. Lets see what the next guy has to say about the Olor Fuerte Robusto. In my opinion they are a good cigar and I would give them about a 7.43 out of 10. less
