"Extremely pleasurable"
First, I can't understand how anyone could call this cigar harsh. I'm not a very experienced smoker, but I've had some crappers and this one is NOT one of them. Famous is taking all my expendible income with all these great deals. I've only had my first 5-pack in the humidor for three days and didn't want to smoke one yet, but once again, the deal was up and I wanted to know if I liked it. I have nothing negative to say about this cigar. I won't even call it a good cigar for the money. It's just a plain old good cigar. Rich, creamy and extremely tasty. Just a hint of cocoa and coffee. Lots of great smoke, good construction and burn. Yup, I'm buying more!

Craig, if this cigar is too harsh it's because you shouldn't be smoking a maduro. Maybe you should start out smoking a lighter cigar and work your way up. It is a smooth smoke but only if you can handle med-full. Perdomo got this one right. Sometimes the cigar doesn't need to be aged more, just us

"I finally found what I was looking for."
I'm fairly new at this art and have been trying several different brands. This cigar has a great taste and smooth aroma. Its a keeper.

"Great smoke for the $"
I received two of these in my old money sampler. This was a great smoke. Wonderful flavors of coffee, and mocha here... Nice smooth draw through out. I will be purchasing some 5 packs of these to keep in my humidor for sure.

"The finest madura"
This is clearly the finest madura I have smoked in the last 7 yrs The construction, draw and appearance are perfect. The burn is flawless and the taste is the best of all thick creamy nutty taste, I wish I could afford a box but I get a 5 pk every couple weeks. Love em and I will buy again and again

"What?"
To previous reviewers: What were you smoking? It's not the worse I have smoked but a few steps above any of the "Flor del (Insert last name here)" lines. The looks are incredible, including the band, but the harshness never went away and I had to put it out 1/3rd of the way in. Maybe with a few years of age it might get better.

"My Favorite Cigar"
This is my favorite cigar. Smooth, full, and creamy. I've only been smoking cigars for a couple of years, but this is by far the best value I've found. I'm cheap, so these are still a little high, but the five pack price makes them irresistible.
