"Top won't close?!"
Top will not close. Closes about half way and refuses to close !! Don't want to force it. Any ideas???

"One beautiful, masculine lighter"
As mentioned by others, this is a gorgeous lighter. It is man-sized (89mm x 53mm x 21mm). In your hand it has a wonderful heft that befits a cigar lighter. The quad flame is impressive (as another reviewer stated - it might light the wood from the Titanic). This is a wonderful addition to my cigar lighter collection (and is fast becoming my favorite).

"Works great"
Lighter was working great until the flint stop working. How do I fix/replace the flint?

"This is a Real Man's Lighter"
I have two of these lighters and they are excellent. Quad flame will burn the hair off a yack's back or save you if you find yourself stranded in the rain forest. This thing might just be powerful enough to light wood from the Titanic if you find yourself on the bottom of the ocean needing a cigar. It is nice and heavy, holds a TON of fluid and goes and goes. It has shiny and brushed chrome appearance and should only be used by Real Men. Men who chop, cut, pound or pillage for a living. It would fit in Paul Bunion's pocket well and if he rolled up Cuba, it would light it so he could smoke it. It is that kind of lighter.
