"Best Cigar I've Had to Date"

The Rocky 1961 is definitely one of the best cigars that I have had the pleasure of trying this year and has become my favorite. It has a nice gentle draw and taste but with a kick.
My only issue is that the wrapper is rather fragile so make sure to be careful when cutting. Otherwise RP has done an outstanding job!

I was thoroughly pleased with this new Rocky Patel...It started off with the first inch being boring as all hell...I was ready to give up on this and state that the cheesy (modern graphic design) ring was a great descriptor of this boring ass cigar, However; this cigar rocked once it opened up...An overall GREAT smoke, it opened into leathery spice not unlike Padron's, slight chocolaty flavors, and overall complex full flavors...I will definitely buy these in auction anytime I see them...Rocky patel doesn't let me down with their maduros, except the hellacious Vudu...cheers

"Almost the perfect cigar"

Been smoking these for about 2 years and have never been disappointed! Only problem is I get 3 out of 20 that tend to unravel a bit before I'm finished. All in all a very smooth and tasty cigar. I would recommend these to anyone.

This one is not for the "Little Girlie Men". Light it up and your senses will be ignited. Really so many spices. After the first third the stick levels off and gives you a lot woody flavors. Character all the way to the nub. What a great way to celabrate my cigar Hero's year of birth. Keep em' comming Rocky.

The size is perfect. Easy draw, lots of smoke and great flavor. Holds a nice long ash and no need to re-light. Might be the only cigar I'll ever smoke!
