Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Robusto

"A real fine cigar."

I would pit the "Rocky Patel Vintage 1992", against any cigar on the market today. Earthy, nutty, spicy, you know the rest, blah, blah, blah. That's not the story here. It's the way these flavor's meld together to bring you, a remarkably fine cigar. Just outstanding. If you have not tried them, go for it and if you have well you know what i'm talking about. Enjoy....later. Ouch, just burned my fingers on the nub.

Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Perfecto

"Very nice!"

The '92 perfecto is a great little cigar. It's medium bodied with a touch of spice. I used a punch but the draw was bit tight and the burn was not very strait so I went head and clipped the head. This freed up and draw and the burn straitened out with in 5 minutes (this seems to happen to me more than not when i use a punch so I always have my cutter handy). I often smoke smaller cigars and you do have to smoke them differently than larger sticks. Go slow, both when you draw and how often, and you will be greatly rewarded. The finish lingers and quite pleasant. All in all a great smoke that I will be buying again.

"PERFECT 10, a 65 minute smoke"

It's the first perfect RP I've smoked. I have tried most of the other RP series and they have been disappointing-not this one. Wow!

"smooth"

if you havent tried an RP cigar then you need to try this one. i always thought that the darker the wrapper the more it would make you cough. i was wrong. this has to be one of the smoothest cigars around, i also recommend the 90 as well.... happy smoking

Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Petite Corona

"a rating this high????"

I have enjoyed the Rocky Patel Junios 12 yr tins for a while now. Recently I have received some bad cigars our of these tins. Out of the 5 you get, 3 will burn right down the middle, spongy in feel, harsh on the tongue and the taste is is just smoke. The other two, I would find hard to draw and would have to use a poker to get any kind of draw. So has anyone else experienced what I am experiencing? All I see are the ratings in the low to mid 90s and I do not find this at all. I have tried to contact Rocky Patel but no response to my complaint.

"Good one!"

This is a good cigar wich I could recommend strongly! Im having one problem with it though. It gets to hot at the end and the taste gets a bit weird.

"AN EVERYDAY CIGAR..."

It's a good medium cigar. this cigar give you a lot of smoke, a little pepper flavor, sweet flavor, smooth draw and coffee flavor. I like it alot...
