"Not Great"
They look great, but save your money. The taste is very mild, and the draw is terribly inconsistent. Some draw easily, others are like sucking a milkshake through a straw.

"Excellent cigar! Highly recommended."
If you like Maduro's you've gotta try this. It's a regular for me.

"Great all around smoke. Quality and taste great"
My uncle, a long time smoker who really knows cigars turned me on to these. We used to sit and smoke and watch baseball and i could often get a whole game out of one. We tried many different cigars together including Ghurka, Davidoff, (both great ones) and many others and always came back to this litlte smoke. price is right and they have an interesting burn in that you can smoke them faster and they dont get too hot or smoke em long and slow and they last for a while. I have found that they do best if when i buy a box i put htem in the humidor for a couple of weeks to get them just right. it kept at humidity and temp; these are amazing smokes - especially for the cost.

"Great taste"
These are my standard smokes. Their flavor is excellent and very consistant, much better to my taste than most other cigars. Burn is variable, some burn well, others require frequent touch up. Draw also is spotty, some packed to tightly I made a rig to pierce them their length, which takes care of that problem.

"Nasty!!"
In my 6 yrs. of smoking cigars have I tasted such a nasty, bitter, dry, poorly constructed cigar. I don't like to be negative but I have no choice I have to be honest. I got 2 of these in a sampler from Famous. Famous should consider removing them cause they don't belong in the company of a Perdomo lot 23 or a Crainos.

"Terrible draw"
These are terrible. I have been able to smoke 1 out of 10 of these! I understand these are a cheap little cigar but who's rolling these things? Jerry's kids? How about a little quality control?

"What a great morning I had with this maduro"
I am sitting on the the back porch of the restaurant that I manage. I decided to pick up a smoke and come in to work an hour early - the weather is cool, perfect, the best setting for a relaxing cigar. This SLR Maduro is wonderful. What a great smoke! Burns evenly, perfect ash, and a rich taste. Most notably, there is absolutely no aftertaste - a clean, full flavor that is pure and delicious. The only damper on my morning is that the waitresses are arriving... time to end this great experience! A great, box-cut maduro that looks great, tastes great, finishes smooth and clean. For the price, I give it a 92 out of 100.
