What a lousy excuse for a cigar. The wrappers... moreWhat a lousy excuse for a cigar. The wrappers don't even stay on. It tastes harsh, and yes, I gave it time. I'll never waste my money on this crappy Value Line Dominican #200 again. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
