They are good cigar and for the prize why not
I m still working my way into the cigar world. I ve been trying new samplers because I kept reading not to limit yourself to a couple brands, but this pack was very dissapointing. Romeo Y Julieta has been a solid choice of the six or so I ve tried and the House Of Capulet is no exception . A very nice cigar that pulls as smooth and creamy as I ve come to expect of them. However, the other eight cigars were a huge let down in taste, smell, draw and burn. Each left a similarly cheap, almost bitter smell in the air to my girlfriends dissmay and taste in my mouth. Having been introduced to cigars on H. Upmann and Romea YJulieta possibly starting too high , these took all the pleasure out and simply left me with something to suck on. Like drinking Makers Mark instead of a nice scotch. It is possible I just recieved a bad batch, or they re just not my taste, but I ended up throwing some out. Also, all but the Romeo Y Julieta came with their celophane wide open with no seal or even a sticker. My first hint at the quality comparison.
