Litto and Ines Gomez created 1994 to honor the year they entered the cigar business, and the Aldaba gives that story a darker, broader frame with Dominican binder and filler wrapped in oily Mexican San Andrés maduro leaf. Full-bodied and handmade in the Dominican Republic, it leans into espresso, black pepper, earth, and a deep molasses-like sweetness that hangs on the palate. If you like your maduros thick with flavor and a little old-school swagger, Aldaba fits the bill nicely.
