I m honestly not sure how these haven t sold out yet? As of now there are 2 left - I m tempted to buy both. I ve smoked one of each except for the Green Label Oscuro so far, and each one has been excellent. I was particularly impressed with the Blue Label, and the Steel. The Blue Label I smoked on a golf course, so between it being a VERY aged maduro and continually putting the cigar down, I had some trouble keeping it lit, but when it stayed lit, oh man was it tasty. The 601 Steel I was somewhat apprehensive about because its a house blend - It s been my favorite one so far. It is a POWERHOUSE in both flavor and strength - absolutely loved it. La Bomba had almost no strength - they changed the blend a while back and it is no longer the full body / full strength monster it once was, or so I ve read, but it had absolutely PERFECT burn, draw, and smoke output, and had an excellent toasty medium body. The Red Label had excellent construction and smoke output, and it burned well, but it wasn t as remarkable in my opinion. It was GOOD, just not GREAT - like the La Bomba but with less distinct flavors. I m looking forward to trying the Green Label tomorrow. What can I say in summary? I ve been really impressed with Famous house blends. The JDN Merciless I had was one of my favorites ever, and now this 601 Steel joins that list - I just hope they don t read this and raise the prices.Oh, and the main reason I bought this sampler was because I needed a new cutter. I started comparing all of Famous samplers that had Xi1 cutters bundled, and this one seemed by far the most intriguing - the cutter is EXCELLENT. Razor sharp and just an awesome piece of hardware.
