After sampling a few of the Montagues, I added it to my favorites list. Very tasty. Is stronger than R&J Capulete. Well made, nice ash & draw.

I discovered this some years ago. Loved it then & now. Because of it, I ventured into other R&J cigars, and had not been disappointed. All were made, nice draw & ash.

This cigar is right there with Davidoff, Ashton, and The Griffin’s Connecticuts. So well made. Textbook ash that burns dead even. The smoke is bountiful and pure luxury. Mellow but tasty. Butterscotch, coffee with cream, and oak. A permanent fixture in my humidor.

I really enjoy this cigar, it is mild goes good with a brandy as well with coffee. Overall flavor is of tobacco a spice near the end.

Romeo y Julieta has been one of my go-to cigar brands for over 20 years. I honestly haven’t been super happy with them lately. All that changed here.I really didn’t know what to expect with this cigar, and was very pleasantly surprised. The construction was excellent, it burned and drew perfectly. More importantly, it had all the classic RyJ flavor that I love - light spice and wood, with more subtle flavors throughout.For the first time ever, I enjoyed a cigar so much I didn’t notice how far it was burning, and I now have a singed wrapper in my collection.

This stick was very well constructed, burned flawlessly and was flavorful from start to nub. At around $4 a stick on special it s one of the best values on the market. Grab some and try em...you won t be disappointed.

I ordered a box each of Montague, Verona & Capulet. The Verona wasn t bad, the Capulet was good, but wow, the Montague is such a surprise. I had a tin of them in the cigarillo size that I could take or leave, but the Toros are something else. Tons of madero flavor, not overpoweringly strong, and so far, halfway thru the box, they burn like a dream. Nice ash, too. Definitely gettin more of these !
