The Vitolas Robusto seems to be well made and compares with much more expensive cigars. No, it may not compare to a thirty dollar cigar, but I have smoked many a $5-$10.00 cigars that tasted and smoked much worse. Cigars are like ART. Meaning they are both subjective to the opinion of who is viewing or smoking it. Frankly I find that when I am trying a new cigar for the first time I find myself to be very critical, and these were no different, but after I smoke a few they certainly seem to get better to me. Matter of fact my expectations are much higher when smoking an expensive cigar and for me personally I simply can t see enough of a difference to justify the extra cost. But hey, everyone is different and needs to decide for themselves which cigars seem to be right for them.Happy Smoking, J.O.W.
Although this is a cheao $1 cigar with short filler, I m very impressed with the flavor and burn on this cigar. So far I ve had 7 of them, and all of them have burned well and consistently. The flavors are a earthy, creamy tobacco, which is very good in my opinion. I m definitely going to be stocking up on these for my cheap everyday smoke.
I ve found Nicaraguan cigars to be my favorite but I can t always afford a Padron. These are well within my budget and still have that great flavor of Nicaraguan. The burn is excellent on these and the draw is good too. Not a bad option at sale price of a buck per.
