The Ashton Classic 8-9-8 is a creamy little smoke that may look small and slim in stature, but rest assured that it is just HUGE on flavor and a wonderful woody aroma. This smaller smoke also has a big draw because of its excellent construction. It's time to add these to your cart today!

This cigar is advertised worth much more than the price you pay

The Ashton 898 is one one the smoothest nicest burning smokes I’ve ever enjoyed. It doesn’t last super long but the flavors and enjoyment last until the last puff. I can’t recommend this highly enough to those who enjoy a mild/medium smoke to those who enjoy an end of day drink and fine cigar!

This is a mild, everyday smoke of the highest quality. Buy this and a box of VSG, and you're covering all the basses. Many bargains are offered here, but do yourself a favor, smoke the best: you'll never tire of these!

Great draw, great smoke, very well constructed. Im new to cigars but now I know what I like...

Just tried my first 898. Had a strong wood aroma as most good mellow Connecticut wrapped cigars do. Maybe a bit too much. Poor burn throughout the smoke. Had the irritating habit of shedding flakes of white ash on nearly every puff. Rolled a bit loose. Maybe that explains the shedding ash. Also had a draw that was a bit to easy. A really good flavor. Expensive. I will stick to the griffins 300. Cheaper and has none of the irritating characteristics the 8 9 8 had.

Some cigars you just need to keep in the humidor. There isn t a thing about this cigar that will blow you away but what it does, it does very well! When you just don t know what you want but you re sure you don t what that , this is the cigar. When you want to avoid pepper spices this is your cigar. Well constructed, very smooth, no spice but nice mild flavor. Perfect for every occasion!

The are great, consistent, mild cigars. Bought some crytals (tube) and can't wait to try those too. A very nice mild, easy smoking cigar for any occassion.

One of my top 10 cigars!!! Each one is as consistent as the last and the next. An easy and mild draw. I can finish one and light up another.

In a sentence, the 8-9-8 is the perfect cigar. Smooth draw with a mild taste that is enjoyed hours after the cigar is done. In the den or atthe Ol' school tailgate, you won't go wrong with an 8-9-8.
