It s a damn good cigar! Good taste and it has a good draw and easy to inhale. I would buy these cigars again and it makes a good everyday cigar. I would recommend these cigars to anyone.
received my order couldn t wait to torch this on up GREAT with my coffee/whiskey everything was 100% draw, taste, construction
Beautifully made; very firm ? doesn?t produce any soft spots. Looks good, draws easily, burns evenly. Wrapper tastes good. Produces a long ash. A very satisfying cigar; certainly one of the best I?ve ever tasted, but then cigars are a very personal thing, like fine wine. I don?t claim to be an expert, but I?ve smoked over fifteen thousand cigars in my time. My only recommendation for improvement would be to offer this ring in lengths of eight or nine inches, and, perhaps, offer a variety of wrappers.
This is a huge cigar. The burn was surprisingly good since it's so big. The draw and taste are amazing. Took over two hours to smoke. Loved it.
First off the flavor in this cigar was excellent. Well-rounded with just the right amount of spice. I got the 880 thinking it would be a fun stick to try. I made a bad choice. While it was awesome for the first few inches, it was hard to make a tight seal with my lips to draw. Worse still, the wrapper kept cracking until it split all the way. Now, I m not saying it was a bad cigar, far from it. It was excellent, but I think the large size lends it to cracking easily. I would reccomend a smaller gauge to avoid this problem. Would definitely buy again, but in a smaller size!
The first third was terrible, showing harsh, flavorless young tobacco. I was ready to toss the stick when it entered the second third, which was more akin to what I had been hoping for: soft, woody flavors, with that Corojo red pepper spice on the retrohale -- this was also the least packed portion of the stogie. The last third showed darker notes of cocoa and earth, and bitter chocolate and some nuttiness on the finish.83-84 points
nice draw~~for a huge cigar, consistent
