Cabaiguan Guapos Maduro

Toro (5 5/8 x 54)
Pete Johnson blended the Cabaiguan line in 2006 as a medium-strength showcase for Cuban-seed Nicaraguan tobacco, and the Broadleaf takes that foundation somewhere darker and richer. A naturally dark Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper covers a Nicaraguan binder and filler, all rolled at the My Father Cigars S.A. factory in Estelí. Full of character without being overbearing, it lands in medium to medium-full territory with a slow, satisfying burn.
Pepper greets you at the light, then settles into a creamy blend of salted cashews, charred oak, and cocoa as the cigar finds its groove. Leather and a touch of mocha develop in the final third, with sweetness from the Broadleaf running quietly underneath the whole ride. If you enjoy a cigar with real nuance and no sharp edges, add a box of these to your humidor today
