This time made at Eradio Pichardo’s D’Hatuey Tabacos factory (Now named TacaNicsa). Once again, smokers went wild. Like waking up from a 7-year hibernation, they flocked to stores foraging for Huber’s table scraps while he laughed maniacally from his high perch in Nashville. Some might call this epic. But even that moment passed quickly with little follow-up fanfare. 

Fast forward again to 2025, when Crowned Heads added salt to the wound with a newly blended Blood Medicine B Positive. Also produced by the blending geniuses at TacaNicsa and incorporating the same binder and fillers of the original Blood Medicine, but switching out the Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a Nicaraguan Corojo. Naturally, this spiced things up a bit. But the run was, once again, limited to one size and 2400 boxes that also didn’t last very long on the shelf (Dim the lights and insert diabolical grin and laughter here).
