Warped Futuro

Warped Futuro was born out of a handshake at the 2014 IPCPR in Las Vegas between Kyle Gellis and Max Fernandez, son of Eduardo Fernandez of Aganorsa. The goal was straightforward: build something neither Warped nor Casa Fernandez had done before. To pull it off, they went straight to the Aganorsa vault, a locked section of the facility reserved for the most prized, curated tobacco in the building.

The result is a 100% Nicaraguan puro wrapped in a colorado Corojo 99 leaf over a Criollo 98 binder and Corojo 99 and Criollo 98 fillers, available in a 5 5/8 x 46 corona and a 6 x 52 toro. Medium in strength, it opens with black pepper, cinnamon, and sweet cedar, then softens into creamy milk chocolate, toasted almonds, baking spice, and a touch of vanilla sweetness that carries all the way to the finish.
