Black Works Studio (BLK WKS) founder, James Brown, celebrates his one-time home of Africa with the limited-edition BLK WKS Hyena: a tribute both in name, and the African Cameroon wrapper. This is the second time that the country has been his muse. Remember Black Label Trading Company Killer Bee? Underneath Hyena’s wrapper are bold Nicaraguan tobaccos that give some fiery spices to every puff. Additionally, each cigar is deftly rolled with a rabito cap (similar to a pigtail). We found zest, earth, and sweet wood with notes of citrus, spice, and peppers – making this a solid after-dinner treat. One caveat…only 700 boxes were made in each size.
